My husband and I will be moving to STJ within the next 4 months. We are looking for 4mts and longer rentals. We are looking to spend around 1000 to 1200. We are looking for a small place, we are non smokers, and have no kids. We need a place that accepts animals. 1 dog and 1 cat. They are both adults, well trained, small (under 10 lbs), and part of our family.
