We have a 2 bd/2bth condo right on sapphire beach at Crystal Cove in STT. If you are looking for a quality place to live this is it. Tennis, pool, laundry, beach chairs and gated with security. This unit is on the second floor and you can walk a few hundred feet and be on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Will consider short term rentals but would like a one year lease. For the one year lease the rental would be 2250 per month, first last and security. You pay electric, water and cable.
