Hello to everyone
I have been lurking here for some time and finally decided to join.
About 2 years ago a opportunity presented itself and we purchased a condo in STT. This property is located at Mahogany Run. This is a top floor 2 bedroom 2 bath unit. It is currently occupied thru the end of July. After that date it will be available for long term rental. If we cannot secure a long term tenant it will be available for vacation rental.
The rental is $2500.00 per month. First and last months rent and security down. Utilities not included.

Thanks for all the wonderful inquires ( sorry it took so long to back in touch with some- I was in Europe) however the current tenants extended so the unit won't be available till sometime in 2008. Once again thanks to everyone for all your interest.
I am on-island from time to time so perhaps I can make one of the get together's with the rest of the on island crew.
