hello there. so Ive been on island for 2 months now, been staying with my uncle/, but nowi feel like maybe its time to find a new place, seeing i love it here. i work for the pistarckle theatre. which is really wonderful. kinda of what my soul needed. also working for jacks. anyway. just thought id put something on here and see if anyone was looking for roommates or had some extra rooms to rent. my best friend and screen writing partner is coming down to the island on may 15th, so preferably looking for two rooms. we are good friendly cultured people. price range we are looking for is about 500 a month or so. Obviously you're on STT but are you looking for two rooms for $500 for both or $500 each? If the former, not likely. If the latter then keep an eye on the Island Trader rental ads. Of course if you and your friend find a 2BR apartment for $1K remember that you'll usually have to come up with first, last and security. Even a "share" situation with someone will require the same start-up. Good luck! I'm a supporter of the Pistarckle Theatre and glad to hear that you're enjoying it. Cheers.
