Hi All:
I will have a fully furnished efficiency, suitable for one or a couple, awesome view, high speed Internet, cable, laundry access, ready for the beginning of October. Quiet, nice area, centrally located for access to Red Hook or town (12-15 minutes to either). All you need is your suitcase!
$1000 plus utilities (electric, water, phone). *May* consider a really small, quiet pet or shorter terms (less than 1 year) at higher rates.
