I have a studio apartment which will be available for rent beginning April 1. It is furnished and has views looking south and a swimming pool. Located in Frenchman's Bay about halfway between Bluebeard's Beach Resort and Bolongo Beach Resort. Email me with any questions.

It is $700/month. It is small but has a private deck. Furnished with double bed, table chairs, bookcase, television. Kitchen has microwave,stove top, refrigerator, dishes, silverware, etc. Nice and clean.

Hello,
I am not planning on moving until the end of July. I will be there in a couple of weeks to interview for the school system. I was just wondering is your studio in abuilding with others like yours? How can I find out about other vancies in the price range as yours. Yours sounds so cute. If you know of anyone who will be looking to rent an apartment/studio in July let me know or let them know about me thank you.

Kyle: Tried to email you but it was returned. Apt is available 4/1/2005 and rent is $700/month with a $700 deposit.
