Recently renovated quiet and clean studio for rent, available now. Fully furnished, dinnerware, flat screen TV. Has two balconies/patios. All utilities included, $650/month.

cant remember the post made a few days ago - but someone kept getting sarcasm when asking about a rental possibility for 750-800 or something a month.....

Sorry, the condo association does not allow pets.
Also, the shortest term I can rent this out would be 3 months.

Hey I am interested in your studio, but am not moving out until late may/june 1st at the latest. If you would be willing to do a 3 month lease at that time, then please get in contact with me.

Can you hook me up with contact information for Hovensa? I understand that most of their hiring is by outside contractors.
My husband and I are both working full time in the oil field business and hoping to relocate.

Hi Zach,
I forwarded your email to my agent on the island, she should get back to you soon.
If no one rents it before May, then we can do a lease for 3 month.
I like the area, We stayed there for a week painting and remodelling with doors wide open and other than chickens no one else bothered us 🙂

Hi...
I am looking for a place like this beginning around May 1, for 3 to 6 months. Is it in one of the condo complexes (which one)? Does it have internet access? Thanks!

It is in a small condo complex called Peter's Farm, on a hill above the Christiansted cemetery.
There are few phone and cable outlets in the unit so I am sure you can set up for Internet.
