I have seen this house and it's very nice! Beautiful view and the deck is as big as the house!! Very unusual!

I like the place, any discount if we pay for 6 months rent up front? Please let me know, although we will be relocating in Aug or Sept.

I have also seen this space...of course the deck is as "big"as the house, because the house is really really small!
not to live with 2 people really....
Its basicly on room wich is kitchen and living area, ane one tiny little bedroon attached with a bathroom wich is nice.
But thats it! The balcony is the big plus, but not covered!
I would say there are bigger spaces available for less money.
Just my thought.
