I have a studio for rent on STT right above Sapphire Beach on STT in a gated community. It is furnished and comes with a pool, laundry and simply fantastic views of STJ and the BVI. It is on the beach side of the road so you can walk to Sapphire Beach, Pelican Beach and Lindquest (avoid paying a $2 charge).
It has a single room with a queen size bed, a separate bath room and a separate kitchen.
Utilities are not included.
First, last, and one month security.
Small pet may be welcome.
$1000 a month.
Looking for long term lease.

My name is Jes, I am very interested in your apartment for rent. I currently live in Ohio but will be moving to St. Thomas on Oct 28th. I am 24 years old and will be moving there with my 30 year old boyfriend. We are both college graduates and are moving to St. Thomas because we have recently accepted two positions with a company where I will be the activities director for a hotel and my boyfriend will be captaining a commercial vessel.
