Downstairs apt in an Animal friendly house in Sion Farm/Tan Tan Terrace area. Very Central location, close to Hovensa and Sunny Isle in a nice, secluded, safe area. 1 bedroom downstairs apt (could be divided to 2 bedroom) with one bath. Fenced yard, Stove, fridge, living room, dining room furniture provided. Washer available for your use. I will accept pets if they get along with my dogs. $650 per month. You pay your own WAPA (I have a separate meter) and we share water costs, if needed (I have a cistern) First, last and security to move in. Available Sept 1. Call Manny 642-2831.

I am 32 yr. old atty looking for a place from Oct to Jan. 1st. Will be working at Dept. of justice and bringing a young puppy.
