I have a 2-BDR, 2-BTH waterfront house with 2-car garage available for rent starting about St. Patrick's Day and beyond. The house can be available furnished or unfurnished. I will be moving furnishings into it in early March, after which point it will obviously only be available furnished.
Location: just west of Long Point on Ruan's Bay (estate Whim about a mile west of Good Hope School)
The house has lots of privacy and is pet-friendly for all those of you with multiple pets having difficulty finding a place where you won't be restricted on who you add to your family. Less than 10 minutes to Sunny Isle.
Rental rate of $1500 Unfurnished or $1800 Furnished.
Furniture package will include:
Queen size canopy 4-poster bedroom set with armoire, double dresser, night stand and chest of drawers. Pillow top mattress set.
6-drawer wicker dresser in other bedroom (other bedroom furniture for 2nd room not provided)
Plush 3-piece living room set in great condition
coffee table and end table set with lamps
desk armoire unit
flat screen tv, satellite dish with 2 receiver boxes and remotes
lawyer style book shelves with glass doors
dining table with chairs
china cabinet
bedding and bathroom linens

refrigerator, stove and nearly new stackable washer/dryer

I realized the location description for this property has a typo. The house is a mile EAST of Good Hope School... not west.
Quite a few people have asked for photos. If I've missed anyone, please let me know.

Still available. I'll be back on-island Feb 27th and showing the property after that. I'd prefer to show it to someone in person before either side agreeing to a lease.
