Hi,

I have a few question on the Bugby Hole rental:

1. Are pets allowed, I have a small well behaved dog, see photo: https://picasaweb.google.com/ianlundgren/Pedey?authuser=0&authkey=Gv1sRgCOib9ZjL_uPoDA&feat=directlink.

2. Is it part of a larger house or a duplex?

3. If there are other units, is it renters or homeowners?

4. Is a six moth lease possible?

5. Are there bathrooms in each bedroom, or is one in the common area?

6. Is there any outdoor storage available for things like tools and such?

Hi Ian

1. Yes, one small pet is allowed once it is under 10 lbs and a one time non-refundable pet fee of $250.00. I looked at the pics of your dog and he/she is adorable :).

2. It is a downstairs apt of a larger unfinished house. The current owners bought it like that and as of now have no intention of completing the upstairs anytime soon.

3. No other units as of now.

4. It is a minimum of 6 months for this rental with the option to renew.

5. There is one in the master bedroom and one in the common area.

6. There is a container on the property but I am not sure what is in it or if there would be a problem with you using it.
