I have a 1-BDR at St. C's condos at $1500 per month plus WAPA. Does include water, cable tv, mailbox, terminix and is fully furnished and in a gated community.
I have a 2-BDR 2-BTH that is great for roommates at Colony Cove for $2K per month plus WAPA and metered water. Includes cable tv, terminix, wireless internet and has a gated access.
I have a 1-BDR condo at Carlton Condos at $1K per month plus utilities.
I have a 2-BDR, 2-BTH villa with Buck Island view in Solitude (east end) at $2200 per month plus utilities. (pet friendly with approval)
I know of a few other 1-BDR condos at $950 plus WAPA, a 2-BDR condo at $1200 plus WAPA, a studio cottage (very nice) for $950 plus utilities, a 2-BDR, 2-BTH house at $2200 plus utilities, a 3-BDR house coming up in mid-September at $2500 plus utilities. Some have ocean views and some do not. The Studio cottage and the two houses are all part of an estate up on the hill in the St. John/La Grande Princesse area off the road between Rattan Road and Peppertree road, so it is very centrally located in a very safe area. The estate has large open spaces and great views from some areas. Tenants have use of lawn chairs and hammocks with a fabulous view. Local landlord has many rental properties and keeps them maintained.
Rates may be slightly flexible depending on length of lease, etc. Most properties do not allow pets, although at a couple places a pet might be negotiable. Fees would apply.

Is Colony Cove a ground floor? Any negotiating on price? Which floor plan is it? Kitchen/living all to gallery or living/bedroom to gallery.

It's a ground floor end unit with no stairs to enter. Price might be a little negotiable depending on length of lease and how soon you would want it. It's the floor plan with the kitchen and living areas opening to the gallery with the bedrooms on the back of the unit... which in my opinion is the best one.
