I have two (2) pet friendly two bedroom, one bath units available mid-island on STX. Unit is a upstairs/downstairs duplex. Lots of mature fruit trees and in a quiet neighborhood with a big yard. One rents for $850/mth and the other for $750/mth. PM me if interested.

Hello -

I'm looking for a two-bedroom. I arrived on island at the end of August and am in a short-term rental. The unit will be occupied by me and my daughter, who is with me two nights a week and with her mom the rest of the week.

Concerns:

Safety. My daughter is 7 and I want to make sure it's a fairly safe neighborhood.

Internet access. Most of my work is with stateside clients (I do marketing, writing, public relations) and I need high-speed access.

Thanks very much for your time!

Jim

Good day!

My wife and I are interested in either of the rentals you have posted for 750 and 850--is this water/power included?
We are looking for a long-term rental, starting the first week of December, but maybe we can negotiate an earlier arrival. I am working for JDL Technologies in Peter's Rest and my phone number is 340-344-4721.

Looking forward to hearing from you,

Keith and Sermin Hatton

If you still have these rentals available, where on mid-island are they located? My husband will be in St Croix in 2 weeks to start his new position as project manager with a construction company and needs place to live and used auto to purchase.

Appreciate your help!
