So here's your chance to get a taste of St Croix!  Must love/be OK with cats.  We have five that count on us for their meals.  They will be fed by our tenant (the house also has a one bedroom apartment attached, a kind and private single female lives there, and she will feed and take care of the cats), but the cats are very friendly and will likely visit with you!

We have solar, which will help keep your electric bills down. (We do have AC).  Rent includes pool cleaning and landscaping, monthly pest control and monthly house cleaning.  It does not include electricity or propane for the grill.  No rentals less than 3 month- and a 5 - 6 month rental preferred.  $3,000 per month.
