Ronnie,I read your last few notes here on the viboard. For the last couple of weeks been trying to set a stay of a week or so,to establsh a relocal to St. Thomas.I would like to know if a 8-10 day optionis availible with your location. All I want to do is establish /confirm a job & then go from there.I am in my 50's and not one to just jump on a whim. Time & $$ are of a concern in this economy.I respect the fact no one wants to talk turkey until your down there, however I need a reason to come/confirm. Would appreciate a response.greg@ihpIL

Good evening Ronnie, i am inquiring about a room in July of this year. I will be relocating so i will be on the hunt for long term rentals. I just need a place to stay for maybe a month or two. Would you have anything available around that time. Thank you very much. I really do appreciate everyone on this board, so much information and very helpful. 🙂

It seems like a good number of by-the-week rentals are now seeking long-term tenants these days to guard against slower times.... even through this upcoming season. But who knows? You've got a lovely place; maybe try weekly with one suite only and see where it leads?
