I am looking for a live in care taker for my private home on the east end. I will provide a cottage for you to live in and you would provide me with rent of 400/mt plus utilities and 8 hours a week chores around the house. The chores include, but are not limited to, pool cleaning, raking leaves, sweeping walks, clearing brush, weed wacking and mowing, and small chores like painting etc.
PM me with your qualifications to do this work. You must have knowledge of pool mtc. Also advise if you are on island and what your current job is. This is NOT an income job as you will paying rent and providing labor.
I am looking for a long term lease, not a month or two.
The cottage is about 11 x 20 feet plus a bath room and closet. Has no view. Has AC, HW and cable. All utilities are metered.
