I am returning in mid January for an Internship at Virgin Island Sustainable Farm Institute and I need a room or apt that has utilities included.
I lived on STX a few years ago in C'sted, I am a carpenter/ handyman and would be willing to do part time work when not at VISFI around your place. I will need 3 - 6 month lease.

Contact [email protected] and ask her about Booker's place (tell her I sent you). He has a gorgeous home off of Rattan Road with a small efficiency he rents out for $800 a month including utilities. He might be open to some trading - not sure.
