This is just a quick post to see if I can not find any musicians before I move down in the beginning of January. Looking for others to jam with.
I generally play Texas Americana, but also play country, rock and folk.

My MySpace page is at http://www.MySpace.com/TheCodyHayesBand

Hope to hear from some people

Cody

LOVE your signature!:@)

My husband just said yesterday he would like to find a pick up group like he used to when we were in FL. He plays guitar, same type stuff you mentioned. Please let us know when you arrive. It is St. Croix, right?

We also have a tenant who plays, so we're up to three!

I am actually going to STT, sorry about that.

And there are always tons of musicians anywhere, but taste varies so much it is not always easy to find people to jam with 🙂

Contact Smokey at Mango Tango Art Gallery when you get here. He's a part-time musician & even if his music isn't what you play he could probably hook you up with those you could play.

Open mic night at the Offshore Bar (in Havensight, next to the main cruise ship dock across from downtown) is on Fridays and has a great jam band that hosts the event. There's a dearth of live music on the island; best of luck on all your endeavors.

My husband plays a mean harmonica. He's a blues guy though.

On STX, I go to Music Authority. It's behind Scotia Bank in the Sunny Isle area. He has a lot of great instruments and will stand behind the things that he sells.
