Can anyone tell me if/where there are any tattoo businesses/artists on the VI????

Hello Lora,
There is one on St. Thomas. Jimmy Buffham's Exotic Piercing is the name of the business.
There is also a guy that does temporary 'tattoos'. I don't remember the name of the business but I have seen the booth at Wyndham Resort and I think maybe Ritz Carlton and there was another booth being built at Coki beach with the same name.
