What would 1300 dollars a month get my boyfirend and I in terms of # of rooms, square footage, beachfront or not?

On STT, $1,300 will get a nice, furnished, 2 bedroom, apartment with a nice view. But, since there are only 2 of you, the same $1,300 will get a *really* nice, furnished, one bedroom with a dynamite view. Just depends on your priorities.
On STJ, you will still be happy with you place at $1,300, but it just doesn't go as far. On STX you will be ecstatic! Haha! $1,300 wil get a fantastic place.
If you e-mail me, I will e-mail you back some pics from my place, which I have been in for 5 1/2 years and I still don't want to move. I happened upon it as the first person to reply to the ad in the Trader, and I don't wanna give it up. I started paying $775/mo for this furnished, one bedroom, utilities included, but I raised it to $800 last year cuz I felt bad for my landlord....and she included wireless digital TV!
Call the Daily News and ask for Circulation and they can mail you a Trader for $4.
