I am having trouble getting my washer repaired. One guy came out found the problem, gave me the part number and price to repair and has not been heard from since I asked him to go ahead and fix it. Others have not returned calls and Gallows Bay will not come as we did not buy it there. Thanks

I haven't had the need for a few years but I used to use Oscar's and was always pleased with their serviceman who i believe is still there.

Thanks for this post. I'm fine right now, but am racking up names and numbers for the future.
I have only had commercial washer/dryer installation. A gentleman named Steve, affiliatiated with Best Furniture, took really good care of us. Good luck to you.

my kids magically broke my front load washer today.. after much research & pulling it apart (appalling how many bugs lived inside there...) it now just clicks repeatedly and wont start, gives an E9F code (communication between main board and motor possibly...)
Gonna try the above numbers, any new ones would be awesome too 😉

Oscar sent someone out the same day I called to fix my fridge last summer. He showed up early and had it fixed in about 20 minutes. I'm guessing they do washing machines too.

We've had Eustus Roche come out many times for various appliances. He's good. Used to do repairs for Gallows Bay. His number is (340) 201-4854
