Eric at Savant
Ned at Ziggy's
Pablo at Cheeseburgers
Paul at Bluewater
Rico at the Palms.

Of the bartenders mentioned.....Ned is outstanding. Pauli at Blue Water is great too but he's thinly spread at the restaurant. Tommy at Maria's is excellent too!!

Don't know his name but the guy with the beard at Eat at Cane BAy makes the best Lime in da Coconut I have ever tasted.

+1 Tony is, IMO, the best bartender onisland. And I've seen them all.
