The cutlery place in Pan Am Pavilion used to have some optics. Online the best source I've found is Bigbinoculars.com which have decent products at great prices.

I was just looking into this last week.
Radio shack sells them but they are out of them.
Busters electronics (lorraine shopping ceneter) sells some. They told me they sell cannon brand.
That's all that I know of.
