Has anyone ever made the trip over to Anguilla and eaten at Blanchards? Interested to know if this restaurant lives up to its reputation.
Menu looks fantastic and my wife has made some fantastic dishes using the owner's cook book.
Let me know your experience if you have eaten at this restaurant in the past year and what you thought.

We just finished reading their book, "A Trip To The Beach", and would also love to know what they're up to and if anyone has eaten there.

I have friends who did & raved about it but were also a little shell-shocked over the price but everything is very expensive there.
