Seems like its earlier this year. Are they having a pet costume contest again? Last time one of mine was a runner up, but the dog in an angel costume took it. If I put one of mine in an angel costume I might get struck by lightening. 😉

Have no idea! Read it in the paper and know all the animal folks on here wouldn't want to miss it! Just passing along info.

Betty: I think you are confusing this (an Episcopal service honoring St Francis of Assisi) for Barktoberfest, an event at Bolongo. Not that modern Episcopalians would be upset with the Barktoberfest idea...

Oops...I didn't confuse it with Barktoberfest but with stx blessing of the pets. The church here has a big party and Jan Mitchel's husband takes pictures for purchase and there's a costume party etc...

Yes there is a costume contest! I've been band from even thinking of dressing up my lil girl & having her blessed...........:-X
Too bad we only have the 1 car.............or I'd have the belle of the ball - ha!
