Sad to say I may be going back to the states in June.

My insurance and registration in STX are good through 7/15.....will I be covered there?

More than likely your insurance won't cover you once you leave the VI. If your policy is underwritten by LLoyds of London, as many are here, it specifically restricts your coverage to the USVI and PR. You may be able to purchase an endorsement to cover you on the mainland. When I was with Marshall & Sterling they could sell me this coverage. Another agency that sold policies from LL could not.

Don't have this problem anymore as I switched to USAA and their policy is good anywhere in the USA. Save me a lot of money when I rent cars stateside and don't have to purchase liability coverage from the rental agency. (Note: the coverage you get with your credit card only covers damage to the car, not your liability if you kill or injure someone.)
