if you can not find one here, go to lawyers.com-they have a lawyer search feature and also a forum where you can ask questions

Just curious. Maybe I can offer a suggestion. I don't do tenant's rights but IAAL in the VI, and my malpractice carrier doesn't know I use this pseudonym.
