Says internet connected but no internet access..
Wondering if service is down

Try unplugging the PoE device for 15 seconds or so and plug it back in.

Had problems last week and unplugging and reconnecting the router did not work for me but shutting down my computer and restarting did so called to cancel the service call which was going to be responded to same day.
Having problems this morning, again, so will try the computer shut down again and the unplugging router bit before calling it in.

I had troubles all day yesterday, too, but I have Choice. By the time I got home from work late last night (like 1130!) it was working "fine" again.

Had someone look at it..said it was the radio tower on STT or something. Works now! 🙂
