I think my Choice is slow too but I think a lot of it has to do with everyone crunching for finals, getting finished with school work. Mostly slow at night around 8-9

the STX email doesn't seem to work at all... mine has been slow to next-to-nothing for a week now but I'm not home long during office hours to call in while I'm sitting in front of the computer...

Tech support has someone answering the phones until 8pm during the week.....and you can leave a message if you don't get a person....Karl on STX, Jody returining calls on STT this holiday weekend Saturday.
