Building a fence

Good Night,

I live in St Croix and I'm wanting to build a fence in the front and back of my house (the sides already have shared fences). Does anyone know if I need to get a permit or anything first? I live near the Canegata Ballpark so water pipes are buried in the neighborhood, is there a call before you dig type office to call here?

Also the front yard (which is about 50' across) needs to be concrete. If anyone has any recommendations for who to contact for a quote I would greatly appreciate the information.

Thanks!

Just call Public Works and ask for permits. They will tell you. I think it's based on how much work you are doing. Better be safe than sorry if they come and stop the work and fine you.
