My my condo fees are high.
What chances do I have of finding a small house for under $100,000?
Not a fixer upper, just a decent small house that is ready to be lived in??

Bpa: I'd say your chances are slim, at least on St Thomas...Maybe you could find something on St Croix. Have you checked some of the real estate websites? Also, look at the real estate section on the nav bar above...I don't mean to be a stick in the mud, but property IS expensive. This is why many people rent, and why people build their homes with an apartment or two to rent out.

The thing is.... you might be able to find something but then again it will most likely be in the wrong side of town.... if you know what I mean. Hope you find what you are looking for.
