I rented an apartment by mountain top and the house is wired for boith Choice and innovative cable providers, any advice which one is more reliable, good customer service, price etc?

I've found the service with Innovative "OK" but nothing to write home about. My gripe with them is they didn't have the channels I wanted for a very long time but now they do. I have had very nice guys that came out & solved any problems I had.
I couldn't get Choice to work at my place so I don't know how their customer service is. It must work well at Mountain Top or it wouldn't be wired for it. Hope somebody chimes in with experience with Choice.
