I had them wash my jeep once. When I came back after shopping I walked past it twice. It was all shiny and clean. Didn't recognize it.

The guys in Government lot siphon water from the Pethany Bldg cistern.
I've always been leery of someone washing an entire vehicle with a bucket of water.
But the end result seems to look OK.I wash my own vehicles at home.
No worries, there's more than 1 bucket 😉
They do a great job; they charge me 10 and I give them 20. The good guys even clean and armoral the tires. It's worth 20 to me.
When I worked in FSted years ago, I let one of the street guys wash my car, found he'd washed it with a wad of toilet paper ... Not good and lesson learned 🙂
