I'm bringing my cell (AT&T) and will probably change the number to a local number when I arrive, I hear there is an AT&T store on the island. My fiance has a service only available here (Texas) and will need a new phone. Is there a cell provider there that will allow month to month, no contract for my fiance that any of you know of ?
Also, am I right in assuming there is an AT&T store on STT?

There's an AT&T at big K-Mart in Tutu Mall & one at Crown Bay Marina. I don't know about month-to-month but you can get phones that you buy minutes on.

You can buy a month to month plan on Virgin Mobile without a contract. The only downsides to VM is that's it's very youth-orientated and the phones aren't exactly feature-rich. Also, VM works on Sprint's network, so its coverage would be the same as Sprint's.
