Hi, Is there a store on STT where I can buy an unlocked phone? I'm looking for a Galaxy S4 Active that's unlocked. The S5 is out and these are a lot cheaper.

get a google nexus 5, this phone is unlocked. or a Moto X.
Check the google store or B and H photo.
