I have a full time position open for chef at Chloe and Bernards on St. John.
Pay according to experience....
I will take on a willing person who doesnt have fine dining experience as long as they are willing to learn and work hard.

To Chris Cody please allow me to introduce myself my name is fred Parks and I am writing to you in regards to your posting of a "Chef wanted"posistion.I am 48 years old and have decided that I am tired of the hectic rat race of the mainland.I have decided to move to the virgin Islands as soon as I can find suitable employment.I have worked in and around food and the food service industry for over 20 years.I have experience in Fine Dining,Casual,and fast food.Please be advised I am not and do not claim to be a certified chef though I have worked as a short order cook-as a Line cook and as a Prep man in places such as Grand Hyatt Hotel,Red Lobster,That Steak Place,and the Ferrybank Restaurant on the East River in New York.In addition I have vast experience in a catering hall setting working Weddings,Ba'Mitzvahs Sweet Sixteens.In addition I have experience working the cruise ships circling Manhatten for Dinner and Jazz.The greatest attribute that I feel I have to offer is a strong Work ethic,maturity,experience in dealing and working with a wide variety of different and diverse people,and the wisdom to know there is always room for improvment through the gathering of more and deeper experiences and the knowledge it brings.Sincerly hoping for a reply Fred Parks
