Virgin Islands violence does not discriminate. The prep school educated children of the elite find themselves ensnared in violence just as frequently as the poor.

As horrible as this murder and all the other are it could be a good thing. With Chucky being the screech owl that she is, she will not let this thing rest. Maybe it will force the hand to finally do something.
