With Clearwater out of action until November or December, I'm looking for recommendations on alternatives. Any suggestions on people who do good cistern work at a reasonable price?

I used Victor at Phantom Eyes about 2 months ago for a recoat. Very professional and quick, done in 3 days with a 35K cistern recoat. 340-226-3610
