Hello!  I am looking for a cleaning service on St Croix to clean in between short term rental guests.  Does anyone know how much roughly it would be for a 4,900 sq ft home?  Everyone I have spoke to says they have to come look at the house, and since we are not there currently, we just want a ball park range.  Thank you!

I use Raquell and her team at Miss Squeaky Clean - give her a call at (340) 201-6292 and she might be able to give you some kind of ballpark figure based on the requirements you provide. She does a lot of those types of homes, so probably can give you a range based on what you want and don't want. It's really all about the hours required for the tasks you want done and they do everything from basic to everything. My guess is you looking at something in the $500 (at least?) range for just a regular cleaning service (no laundry, bed changing, etc,) based on what I pay. They do a thorough monthly cleaning for me (including windows), but no laundry, etc. and it's usually $120 for a 1100 sq ft 2bed / 2bath home. They do a GREAT job and are very professional. Raquell really knows her stuff and is very pleasant to work with.  Good Luck!

I guess I should also note that my home is just used for family vacations and is empty most of the time - so the cleaning provided is not due to someone being there. I have found that the monthly investment to do that maintenance REALLY makes a big difference to how well everything in the home looks when I do use it. The home was completely renovated (furnishings and all) after Maria and now almost 6 years later it still looks new! So, the money spent has been worth it!

To get a more accurate estimate, I recommend contacting local cleaning services on St Croix directly. Many cleaning companies offer free quotes and can provide a more precise cost estimate after assessing the specific needs of your home.
