Hello all...
I was wondering if anyone knows what the going rate for a yard of concrete is on stt and stx? Also block?8-8-16's>8's and 6's

Hi Banda,
I guess no one knows about the concrete but I can tell you 8x8x16 CMUs are $1.85 currently.
hopefully someone else knows about the other stuff.

Thanks! Yah it seems like lotsa looky lues but no answers...lol! I'm sure some one will step up...:)
I'm going to be down there pretty soon, was just trying to get construction costs a little buttoned up..

Sometimes, concrete is a real bitch to find. I've had times when I had to go to many different places before finding any. Just cross your fingers.

Depends on strength, mix type and stone size. Typical 3000 psi. pump mix is currently $166.25. Prices just went up again 12/1/07 on St. Thomas.

I've been paying about $125 per yard of 4500 lb. pump mix delivered from Heavy Materials on STX.

No wonder it is cheaper to build on STX. 4000 pump mix on STT is $176...5000 is $186 from Heavy Materials
