Does anyone know what's being built just south of the Melvin Evans Hwy and just west of Diago? Some major excavating going on.

But they still purchased something like 1700 acres for the project and the proposed lease was for additional land.

Jane is right. They decided to scrape away all the plants that grew over the mud berms and contained the dirt and cover it with more dirt. Then they'll probably plant the tan-tan back.

The scope of work was pretty interesting. Environmentally sound I'd still up for grabs but interesting none the less

Glad they are burying the dust, but I was hoping for another solar farm.
