My niece wants to move out here as soon as she finishes high school. She's really into makeup and hair and I just wondered is there a school for it that I missed or does everyone trained out here learn it from high school? There has to be something or should she just get licensed where she lives and come here for the test only? Any thing on this one would be appreciated.
