I dropped by Cruzan Creations in Gallows Bay the other day to see about ordering some t-shirts but the place was vacant. I called both the Gallows Bay number and the number for the small shop in the Pan AM Pavillion but both were disconnected. Have they gone out of business?

No. the Gallows Bay Store is closed. We are operating out of our Life in the Left Lane store in the Pan Am Pavilon. We also dropped our land lines and are operating on our cell phone: 340-277-3001 or email at cruzancreations@hotmail.com

If you need to schedule an appointment for a personal visit at times other than our normal store hours in Pan Am Pavilion, you can call me at 340-727-6969 or email me at jah@ganymedestx.com. Sheila is normally in the store on Tu, W, F 10-2, except for cruise ship weeks when her schedule changes to be open on those days. You can call either Kenny's cell listed above or mine to verify hours or to arrange the appointments.

We later heard how you guys screwed the East End Marine Park on their t-shirt order for the paddle board event. When you treat customers like that, you should be put out of business. Shameful.

Wow. No punches pulled. I suppose there is always two, sometimes three sides to a story.
You guys can get you land line number transferred to your cell if that is the one advertised.

Cruzan Creations doesn't make anything in the Virgin islands.

Everything is produced off island in Florida or Colorado.

I've used them once before but not again due to poor quality and the strange customer service guy.

Cruzan Creations did not screw up the Marine Park shirts. The marine park group was invoiced 4 weeks before the job was due and told that to begin the job they would need to get a deposit to us. We were told we would get the deposit but did not. Against all policies we printed whatever white shirts we had in stock the day before the event to get them something. They were printed by Sheila and Jim. They were rejected because they were not the chosen style although they were white. Kenny Lindquist

CaribStx- get your facts straight. We do produce merchandise in the Virgin Islands. We do not produce anything in Florida. We own a warehouse in Colorado which allows us to get blank stock and other supplies to our store immediately in the Virgin Islands. Being raised in St. Croix, my business is consistantly donating services to organizations and schools in St. Croix. We do screw up as do most businesses. However we pride ourselves on our quality, service and pricing. Kenny Lindquist/Owner

first you ask if they are still in business and then you lambaste them for a supposed botched job?

How do you get stuff from Colorado to the VI "immediately"? Doesn't it take a few days to get there?

This is the perfect example how this TRASH BLOG works! People consistently hallucinate about nearly anything to get THEIR point across. No facts, just a load of trash!
