Good day!
If you buy a used item from overseas (Asia, South Korea, in this case), what custom's fees & taxes do you have to pay?
Shipper will be FedEx & labeled as gift.

In my experience, the customs and excise folks just go by the value indicated on the invoice submitted and charge the same rate whether new or used. Of course, there are often ways to pay less.

i believe only business's pay excise--usually 6% on the average for customs
