Deep cleaning & other miscellaneous odd job

I have a one bedroom apartment on Water Island that needs deep cleaning and 4 louvered teak closet doors that need deep cleaning/teak treatment. Expect the apartment will require one full day and the closet doors one full day. Would appreciate any recommendations - leads from STT residents. Have to wait until we get a break in the vacation rentals so will need the work done the last week of March. The person will need to get to Crown Bay Marina and take the Water Island ferry. We'll pick them up and drop them off at the Water Island ferry landing.
