Hello,

My name is Jessica and I am currently a dental hygienist in Utah. My husband and I are wanting to move to the islands, but are unsure of which one would be the best fit for us. We would love any recommendations on where to live! I would also like to work as a hygienist while there, so if anyone has any information on what offices are hiring and how to get licensed that would be great! My husband works from home, so any location would be fine with us.

Thanks!

there was a post not too long ago about that subject with a link to the local phone book.

do a search and you should find it.

This is an old thread but was updated in 2015:

And check this site for job openings:

Strongly suggest a PMV (pre move visit) to see if island living would suit you, and read all the information in the drop-down menus top of this page. Good luck!

Good Morning! My name is Liz and my husband is the Chief Dental Officer at Frederiksted Health Care on St Croix. They are always looking for hygienists, and it is a federally qualified health center, so you could be eligible for student loan repayment as well. Give him a call if you want-his name is Bart Eisenbarth and his number is 340-201-5087. We moved from Idaho, by the way!

there were a few posts earlier than 2015 about hygienists., seems just a few short months ago.

you can either do the long search by going through the pages or go to the top box that says search. you will see that at the right hand side.

good luck

There was an ad today in the paper looking for a dental assistant at VI Dental Center. Not sure if they need hygienists, too. It asks you to e-mail a resume to: [email protected].
