Does anyone know if DI is a good company to work for and how is the pay? I am coming down next week for an interview for sales, I did a lot of research on the company but wanted to get some more info from anyone on the board.

I wouldn't work for them myself. That's all I'll say on it but I'm quite sure you could make decent money.

I would also look for another company...they don't have the best pay scale for their employees...and they treat them with less than stellar respect. I don't know this firsthand, mind you...only from friends that have worked there. I would also recommend avoiding Jewels and Azura by Jewels (firsthand knowledge on that one). Little Switzerland is not as bad, I've heard, but I'd still try to find one of the smaller stores...and there is no shortage of those!
