What is going on downtown C'sted this morning. Police directing traffic but no sign of an accident or check point. Lots of police downtown.

I don't know, but I noticed Watergut was closed off at the Richmond intersection.

It may have something to do with the underground power project coming towards town from Richmond

Or it could be closed off because of the flash flood warning. I know it gets really deep down by the seaplane in weather conditions like this.

Heard on the radio something that had to with the/a seaplane. Maybe I was just dreaming.

I'm pretty sure it's the underground construction. We have a customer who helps run the project and he said that despite the rain, they were working today. It's moving now from Valmy Thomas' store forward. Plan on more delays...but they ARE fast!
