What would it be a good location on the island of st Croix to open a donut shop? Any ideas?

The airport would be the perfect place.

Lots of Port Authority employees, taxi drivers, and tourists and not much food to buy except for snacks in the store and food at Rita's Cafe.

Or somewhere by Sunny Isle - think high traffic. A drive through would be excellent.

A donut food truck could be a good idea too. You could move it around and take it to events.

I would not say the airport - there's not that many people for departures (even if everyone bought a doughnut), and for arrivals people to tend to clear out pretty quick. In between the major flights for American and JetBlue the place is pretty empty. There are Port Authority employees but you could find a location that would get more regular public business. My opinion. You'd wind up with peak times and then nothing, which can easily cause a lot of waste or shortages, neither of which are good for business.

How about Five Corners where Leo used to be. It looks like there is a Drive Through potential also.

Almost anywhere and, If you are going to start from scratch, I'd build all of it out of solar panels, a good cistern, and equip it with a couple of wind generators... I'd call it "Altenative Power Donuts"...

Thomas Bakery in Christiansted across from Singh's in Times Square has the most exquisite yeast raised cinnamon sugared doughnuts. Glazed ones too. They don't have much variety, but they are excellent at the ones they do make.

Mr. Cole makes fresh donuts daily on stx and deliveries them to many locations. UVI, gas city and even saw them in food town once.. He can make custom orders as well.

I know he bought a lot of equipment to make them. Shame he does not have a store. Anyone want his number PM me.
